Power Point

                      This week we completed our lesson on power point. Power point has to have been one of the easiest programs we have used in this course. Well, at least for me. Not only is it the easiest but it's also the most interesting one because you get to add transitions and videos in your slides. When we finished working with power point, Mrs.Hernandez left us one more task. We had to get with a partner and create a power point presentation. Then the last day of school we have to present it to the class, I can't wait.

Word

             About two weeks ago we had our last lesson on word. Unfortunately I was not present in class when we were instructed to write this blog but you know what they say, better late then never! Anyways word was a piece of cake, but it was a good refresher on how to use the program. Word in my opinion is the most useful program we will learn about in this class. This is because we will be using this program for the rest of our lives. Mrs.Hernandez is doing a great job teaching this class as well!

Excel

During class we've been learning all the ways of excel. It's actually not as easy as you may think. But with the help of Mrs.Hernandez, we're getting all the awesome shortcuts on how to use it faster. It's helped a lot, before these classes I had no idea how to use excel. Now I'm a complete expert. The class is really interesting and I can't wait to see what we learn next!

First day of Class!

                          Today was the first day of the scholars program. We got to meet all our classmates, and thankfully a few of my closest friends had the same classes as me! We also met our teacher, Mrs. Hernandez, she was just wonderful. She explained what the micro usage class was about, which basically consist on learning shortcuts on all the Microsoft programs. You would think this class would be a piece of cake but in reality its a lot of information to remember. I can't wait for the next class, but until then here are a few facts about me:
